A. Cancellation policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity:

Right of revocation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Neudert & Viereck GbR, Schwarzacher Straße 19, 97318 Kitzingen, Germany, Tel.: +4915216008277, E-Mail: info@m3lt.tech) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.

To uphold the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the revocation right before the expiration of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
